PASTRES (Pastoralism, Uncertainty and Resilience: Global Lessons from the Margins) is a research programme funded by the European Research Council (ERC). It aims to learn from the ways that pastoralists respond to uncertainty, applying such ‘lessons from the margins’ to global challenges.
